Joseph P. Durham, Jr. was born in Dawson, Georgia in 1978. He graduated magna cum laude from Valdosta State University in 2000, and then received his J.D. from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of law in 2003. Mr. Durham was a member of the Moot Court Board, the Mercer Client Counseling team and the advanced writing, research, and drafting program. Mr. Durham is a member of the Dougherty Circuit and American Bar Association, and the State of Georgia. Mr. Durham’s practice is focused on litigation, including professional malpractice, personal injury, and general civil litigation. Mr. Durham serves on the Board of Directors for the Food Bank of South West Georgia.
