William H. (Bert) Gregory II was born in Hahira, Georgia in 1971. He attended Mercer University where he received his B.A. magna cum laude in 1993 and his J.D. in 1996. Mr. Gregory is a member of the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. He is the City Attorney for Leesburg, Georgia. Mr. Gregory served as Associate Judge of the Municipal Court of the City of Albany from 2004 to 2006.  Mr. Gregory is active in service to his profession and community. Mr. Gregory currently serves as a member of the Georgia Legal Services Corporation Board and the Dougherty County DFACS Board. He has served on the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the State Bar of Georgia. He served the Dougherty Circuit Bar Association as Secretary/Treasurer, 1996-1997 and Speakers Chair, 1997-1998.  His practice is concentrated in the areas of civil litigation but he has special interest in Plaintiff's personal injury, wills and estates, probate matters, medical negligence and professional liability defense.
