Langley & Lee, LLC was formed on October 1, 1990 by C. Richard (Rick) Langley and Donald W. (Fred) Lee. The ensuing years have seen the firm grow to include eight (8) attorneys. Its clients include individuals, small businesses, large corporations, professionals, financial institutions, agribusiness, educational institutions, governmental agencies, and health care providers. The firm's most significant practice areas include (1) litigation, (2) healthcare, (3) corporate, partnership, business law, and transactions, (4) wills, trusts, and estates, and (5) real estate.

While the vast majority of Langley & Lee's work is in the Southwest Georgia area, its attorneys routinely practice throughout the State of Georgia on behalf of its clients. The attorneys of Langley & Lee, LLC, are members of the local, state, and national bar associations. Additionally, the attorneys are active in more specialized organizations, such as the American Health Lawyers Association, the Defense Research Institute,  the Georgia Academy of Hospital Attorneys, the Atlanta Claims Association, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, and the State Bar's Sections on Health Law, Workers' Compensation, Tort and Insurance, and Real Estate.
